Introduction to Nikon Tool Microscope MM-400
The Nikon tool microscope MM-400 is used for dimensional inspection of product parts in production workshops and metrology testing rooms. It is a digital measuring microscope. Widely using LED lighting, the counter comes in two types: dual axis and three-axis. Depending on the selection of the lens barrel, lighting device, lifting mechanism, objective lens, and focusing mechanism, there are multiple sub models available for users to choose from, including M, T, LT, LMT, LFA, LMFA, U, LU, LMU, etc.
The Nikon measuring microscope MM-400 can be equipped with Nikon's 6X4 measuring stage, which has a stroke of 150 (X) × 100 (Y) mm and a maximum carrying capacity of 10Kg. It may support a maximum measured workpiece height of 150mm and can be connected to a data processor or measurement software E-MAX (where the DS set requires CCD and supports visual measurement). The U-shaped model also supports various metallographic observations.
